Uh-oh! You Found Porn on His Device

March 7, 2018

A Healthy approach really matters when you found your spouse's device with porn. But what you should do?

Here are some of the highlights:

1. When you found a porn on your partner's phone or devices, the first thing to do is follow your guts. It might be hard to face the truth but he's really looking at porn and that's the reality.

2. Next step is the confrontation. When asking your spouse about it, you're not looking for a yes or no answer. You're looking to notice his reaction or his response. There is a big chance that you'll get a lie or minimize the truth.

3. Have your boundaries ready. Do something for your self-care.

4. Most of All, get a qualified specialized help. See a therapist. Somebody who knows what they're talking about when it comes to sex addiction.
